HelloMaps Extender Plugin
Extending the range of HelloMaps by adding additional features across display types
Through Extender and plugins that support it, you can add new features to internal views of HelloMaps.
To better understand the estender, it works like when you widen your network wifii, ie adding portability, in our case, instead adding classes of functions that enhance the features.
The purpose is also support features that you can enable and/or disable as if they were separate blocks as "Lego bricks" ... Add more bricks, more the castle will be fortified.
And all from a single additional plugin.
The estender is only supported in HelloMaps Geek version
Extend the sidebar with social share buttons
Add Social share Button in the sidebar to allow user to share hellomaps items.
Pass Component Link, Title, Text and Image:
Add Social icons for Facebook , Google + , Twitter , Linkedin , Pinterest, Reddit, Email Share. Show Total and/or individual Counter.
Extend the sidebar with the distance calculation
Calculate distance between your current position and markers items.
Add Google Distance Matrix Service.
Google Distance Matrix service computes travel distance and journey duration between multiple origins and destinations using a given mode of travel.
For the calculation of the distance you may specify the trasportation mode to use:
DRIVING
indicates standard driving directions using the road network.
BICYCLING
requests bicycling directions via bicycle paths & preferred streets (currently only available in the US and some Canadian cities).
WALKING
requests walking directions via pedestrian paths & sidewalks (where available).
